Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Metropolitan Gaming is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are met in all aspects of food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient and smooth operation of all food and beverage departments, ensuring maximum profitability and high standards of service and quality.
  • Supervise and direct a team of food and beverage staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and events, to ensure seamless delivery of services and events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
