About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our Strategic Account Success team in the Cardiff Bay office.

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for working with enterprise-level clients globally to understand and document requirements for bespoke solutions.

This role involves extensive client interaction from pre-sale through to implementation sign-off, ensuring successful delivery of tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Technical Specifications: Translate business needs into technical specifications for bespoke solutions.
  • Implementation Support: Work closely with the technical implementation team to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Pre-Sale and Post-Sale Support: Provide pre-sale and post-sale support to clients.
  • Best Practices: Recommend best practices for documenting customer solutions across global offices.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Strategic Account Success team.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: MS Office or equivalent (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.).
  • Communication Software: Communication software experience (e.g. E-mail, MS Teams etc).
