Job Summary
Pebble Recruitment LTD is seeking an ambitious Ecologist to join their team in Leamington Spa. As an Ecologist, you will work closely with the ecology team to assist with protected species surveys and contribute to the company's mission of providing high-quality environmental services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct protected species surveys and assessments
- Develop and manage medium to large-sized projects, including tracking financial progress
- Collaborate with senior ecologists to produce technical reports, such as PEA reports, BNG reports, and Habitat Management Plans
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in ecology or a related field
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 protected species license (preferred)
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Extensive knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and the ability to apply it correctly
