Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Lambwood Heights. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing excellent care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as mobility and transfers, and promote independence and dignity.
  • Support family members and visitors, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
  • Participate in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
