About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care to individuals with neurological conditions, including those with tracheostomies, ventilators, and peg feeds.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of individuals and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition to the medical team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and research in neurological care.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Relevant nursing qualification and experience in neurological care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting the well-being of individuals with neurological conditions.
