About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lakefields Neurological Centre. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex long-term neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to individuals with neurological conditions, including those with physical disabilities and recovering from traumatic injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans and maintain accurate records.
  • Support individuals with complex rehabilitation needs, including tracheostomies, ventilated patients, and those requiring peg feeds.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.
Requirements
  • NMC registration and a relevant nursing qualification.
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
  • A positive attitude and a natural ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
