Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Kembrey Inn Brewers Fayre in Swindon. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.

About the Role
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist with taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer transactions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
