We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member in our Swindon Town Centre Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your passion for customer service to make a real difference to our guests' experiences.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and be part of the UK's leading hospitality business, Whitbread. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
