We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Swindon Town Centre Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our hotel.
