We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in a dynamic role that involves:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Dispatch Scheduling: Coordinate daily dispatch schedules, raise release orders, and request transportation for all dispatches.
  • Export Documentation: Obtain and manage export documentation for shipments, liaise with inspection and shipping agents, and coordinate production and collection dates.
  • Stock Control: Monitor and report daily frozen stock levels, enter production and sales data into spreadsheets, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure compliance with departmental and business policies, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to company policies on PPE and H&S, providing general support and assistance to team members.
  • Maintain high levels of internal and external customer communication and cooperation.
