  • Provide on-the-ground assistance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources.
  • Help manage staff check-ins, briefings, and post-event debriefs.

  • Ensure all team members are compliant with health and safety guidelines.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for all matchday staff.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work on matchdays, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, flexible approach to work, with a strong focus on team collaboration.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within HR or people operations is beneficial but not required.
