About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team at H2R Selection Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing vacancies, and coordinating onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within our HR system
- Manage vacancies, including liaising with recruiters, arranging interviews, and assessments
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparing payroll data and induction delivery
- Prepare monthly HR KPI data and coordinate probationary review processes
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with HR policies
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
- Desirable: prior HR system experience and knowledge
