The Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our meetings and events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing weddings, events, and conferences with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate and execute events, including weddings, conferences, and banquets
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with the hotel's operations team to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools (Rezlynx experience preferred)
