Henderson Scott is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work from home or our office in Birmingham City Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the administration of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing tasks within Salesforce, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, leading knowledge article reviews on CPQ and Billing specifics to ensure quality and accessibility to the team.
- Manage the technical delivery of custom integrations and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations, ensuring timely and successful project outcomes.
- Serve as a core Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all aspects of Salesforce CPQ and Billing, providing comprehensive knowledge and guidance to the Finance teams on Salesforce best practices and effective system use.
- Coordinate with 3rd party consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support data governance to maintain a structured and efficient Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist with Gearset deployments into various Salesforce environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Work within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
- Significant hands-on Salesforce Admin experience with demonstrated expertise as a Salesforce CPQ and Billing SME.
- End-to-end, lead to cash enterprise-level experience within Salesforce, utilizing customized Salesforce Billing and CPQ processes.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, including CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Admin.
- Solid experience in environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
- Proven experience in complex Salesforce orgs, demonstrating adaptability and a good understanding of Salesforce data structure to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Understanding of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions using the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, AppExchange, and complementary technologies.
- Knowledge of data integration activities, with experience working within M&As a plus.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, including ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, Kantata, and NetSuite.
- Competence in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) for effective data retrieval and manipulation.
- Use of Apex Triggers and configuration in the context of sandbox environment refresh and dataloading.
- Skilled at creating, designing, and implementing advanced Flows within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies for project management.
