Job Title: Salesforce Operations Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Operations Lead to join our team at Mercia Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of four, overseeing the planning and delivery of our public training events, and working closely with internal and external clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the planning, review, administration, and coordination of a portfolio of public training events.
  • Building and nurturing professional relationships with clients, co-hosts, venues, speakers, and suppliers to foster seamless event support.
  • Monitoring and evaluating client feedback to support continuous improvement and keeping management updated on relevant developments.
  • Managing Salesforce cases and ensuring efficient resolution of client queries.
  • Monitoring and scheduling courses to ensure feasibility and manage department reporting for senior management.
  • Taking responsibility for learning any new systems or software to support the team's efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience managing and coordinating training events across various formats (virtual, in-person).
  • Experience in planning and scheduling training programs, with skills transferable to the accounting and tax advisory sectors.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally within the UK for on-site event management.
