We are currently assisting our client in their search for an experienced Assistant Poultry Farm Manager to join their dynamic team in Lancashire. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, ensuring the farm operates at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The Role:
  • Manage ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems to create optimal conditions for bird health and growth.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of bird health, food supplies, and supplier interactions, ensuring smooth farm operations.
  • Utilize your expertise to make sound decisions independently, particularly when covering the Farm Manager's responsibilities.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses previous management or supervisory experience within the poultry industry.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Is capable of working autonomously and taking initiative when required.
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
The Package:
  • Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
  • Performance-based bonus scheme.
