Assistant Poultry Farm Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Poultry Farm Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Lancashire. As a key member of the farm management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the farm operates at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems to create an optimal environment for poultry growth and health.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of bird health, food supplies, and supplier interactions.
  • Use your expertise to make informed decisions autonomously, particularly when covering for the Farm Manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in poultry farming.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
