Poultry Farm Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Poultry Farm Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Lancashire.
The RoleAs an Assistant Poultry Farm Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the farm operates at the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in managing ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to create the perfect environment for the birds to thrive.
You will also be responsible for keeping detailed and accurate records of bird health, food supplies, and supplier interactions. Additionally, you will use your expertise to make sound decisions autonomously, especially when covering for the Farm Manager.
The CandidateWe are looking for a candidate with previous management or supervisory experience in poultry. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously when required to cover the Farm Manager are essential. Excellent communication skills are also required.
The PackageThe successful candidate will receive a salary of £30,000, a bonus scheme, and an accommodation allowance including Council tax and Water.
