We are looking for a Lead Hydrogeology Consultant to enhance our Energy division. Our team operates in a hybrid model, allowing for flexibility while collaborating with colleagues across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to environmental challenges, particularly in the quarrying and mining industries.
  • Engage in diverse projects encompassing water resource management, catchment strategies, land development, waste management, and flood risk assessment.
  • Foster career growth through leadership opportunities in project management, technical expertise, and business development.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in Hydrogeology or a related field and be chartered or pursuing chartership with a recognized professional organization.

We seek a proficient hydrogeologist with a comprehensive grasp of subsurface dynamics. Your ability to distill complex technical information into accessible reports will be crucial.

In addition to technical skills, you should have substantial project management experience, successfully overseeing projects of varying scales. Familiarity with areas such as impact assessments, flood risk, and environmental data management is advantageous, though not mandatory.

A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential. You will thrive in a structured environment that prioritizes your career advancement. Experience in business development is a plus.
