We are seeking a self-motivated Geo-Environmental Consultant to join the Geo-Environmental & Mining Business Unit. Working alongside other geo-technical specialists, you'll collaborate with the planning, environment and engineering teams, delivering holistic solutions to a wide variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the planning, environment and engineering teams to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
  • Work alongside other geo-technical specialists to provide comprehensive consultancy services.
  • Manage and supervise ground investigation on site, including groundwater and ground gas monitoring.
  • Produce Phase 1 geo-environmental desk top study reports and Phase 2 interpretative reports.
  • Hold a degree in geology, engineering geology, hydrogeology or other relevant environmental science discipline.
  • Have a Master's degree and be working towards Chartership with a relevant body such as CIWEM or IEMA.
  • Have comprehensive consultancy experience and an understanding of current contaminated land technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • A full, clean driving licence.
  • Any specific site works accreditations/qualifications held, such as SMSTS, SSSTS or CSCS.
