Essential Criteria

  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

Desirable Criteria

  • Membership in the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

Experience

Essential Criteria

  • Experience as a Physiotherapist within the NHS
  • Relevant post-registration experience in clinical settings such as Respiratory, Neurology, Surgery, and MSK
  • Experience in emergency respiratory services
  • Documented Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in line with HCPC standards
  • Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Involvement in audit or research activities

Desirable Criteria

  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff and students
  • Membership in relevant professional interest groups
  • Participation in committees, such as Risk Management

Knowledge

Essential Criteria

  • Understanding of legal responsibilities and ethical standards in the profession
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current best practices in Physiotherapy across various settings
