Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional to lead the delivery of Safe and Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (STMVA) training programs across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of STMVA training programs to maintain safety measures and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee clinical practices through audits, teaching, and meetings to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Manage and investigate complaints arising from STMVA courses or tutors, and review data around STMVA, including CCTV audits.
- Produce monthly reports for regional governance meetings to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Qualified GSA STMVA Trainer with previous experience in a learning, development, or training role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills to oversee the delivery of STMVA training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clinical teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement to drive quality and safety initiatives.
