Relief Duty Manager

We are seeking a professional Relief Duty Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. As a Relief Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our development, Catherine Court, in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and wellbeing of our residents, providing emergency support as needed.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, ensuring high-quality care and support services are delivered.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the development runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Experience of working in a care or support environment, with excellent care skills.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
