Relief Duty Manager

We are seeking a professional Relief Duty Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. As a Relief Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our development, Catherine Court, in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Provide emergency support to homeowners during night shifts.
As a Relief Duty Manager at McCarthy Stone, you will enjoy a competitive salary, plus additional pay for working night shifts. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including life assurance, company pension, and opportunities for professional development.
About YouWe are looking for a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment. You will have excellent care skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification is desirable, but not essential.
