Relief Duty Manager

We are seeking a professional Relief Duty Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading developer of luxury retirement living communities. As a Relief Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our development, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and safety of the development, including responding to emergencies and incidents
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and resident engagement
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the effective operation of the development
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and organized individual with experience of working in a care or support environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification is desirable, but not essential.
