Relief Duty Manager

We are seeking a professional Relief Duty Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and wellbeing of our residents, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within our developments.
- Work closely with our residents, their families, and our internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment. You will have excellent care skills, a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire our teams to deliver outstanding results. You will also be able to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
