The Role: Your Essential Contributions

As a Hospitality Associate, you will be vital in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences. Your role will be central to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm hospitality and exceptional customer service to all our patrons, members, and guests.
  • Assisting at reception and providing insights about the hostel and local attractions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and informed.
  • Utilizing our systems for smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as food and beverage sales and service.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and tidy environment for all guests.
  • Helping with food preparation in the kitchen and serving meals and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality, encouraging guests to enjoy dining with us.
