The Role: Your Essential Contributions

As a Hospitality Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences. Your contributions will be central to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm hospitality and exceptional customer service to all our patrons, members, and guests.
  • Managing reception duties and providing insights about the hostel and surrounding area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as food and beverage sales and service.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and pristine environment for all guests.
  • Assisting in food preparation in the kitchen and serving meals and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality, encouraging guests to enjoy dining with us or suggesting beverages or desserts during table service.
