Your Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm hospitality and excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Assisting at reception and providing insights about the hostel and surrounding area.
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and food & beverage services.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a comfortable environment.
  • Helping in food preparation and serving with genuine warmth and pride.
