Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Endoscopy Unit as a Waiting List Coordinator. This is a 12-month fixed-term position, working full-time as part of an established administration team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor waiting lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date treatment pathways.
  • Liaise with other health services to facilitate efficient patient care.
  • Support the administrative team in resolving patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.

Person Specification

This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, and a Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
