Berry Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of School Travel Admin Assistant. This is a contract position for 3 months with a possible extension, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and an hourly pay rate of £13.79.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the School Travel Service, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of travel arrangements for children and young persons from 5-25 years of age.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records in the school travel database.
- Manage daily enquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Process travel budgets and bus pass applications with precision.
- Contribute to the development of effective travel arrangements and services.
- Proven administration experience, with a strong background in supporting administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Desirable: experience in a similar role or industry.
