About the Role

We are seeking a personable and supportive individual to become a vital part of our team. This position is integral to the community, assisting a diverse clientele in a friendly atmosphere where each day presents new challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a natural ability to connect with people, providing assistance in a compassionate, approachable, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, staying informed about our offerings and policies, and managing administrative tasks effectively. Key duties also involve handling cash transactions with precision and responding to inquiries within our broader Customer Service framework.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position, totaling 29.5 hours per week, with shifts from 8:45 AM to 5 PM for three days, 10 AM to 2 PM for one day, and Saturday hours from 8:45 AM to 12:30 PM.

About You

You are a people-oriented individual with experience in customer interaction and delivering exceptional service, potentially from a retail or call center environment. While prior experience is beneficial, comprehensive training on our systems and services will be provided.

What matters most is your ability to engage with a wide array of individuals, understand their needs, and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Experience in cash handling is a plus.
