Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will help secure our customer-facing web applications and the services that run our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our technology team to ensure the security and reliability of our web applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Cloud Formation or Terraform.
  • Implement configuration management using Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.
  • Design and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of AWS and Linux.
  • Excellent understanding of networking concepts and system administration skills.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management.
  • Strong understanding of foundational AWS services.
  • Ability to code in at least one scripting language.
  • Experience building containers using Docker.
  • Ability to work on-call approximately once a month.
Desirable Requirements
  • AWS certifications: Solutions Architect Associate, Developer Associate, SysOps Associate.
