Keltbray Infrastructure Services, a leading engineering business, is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their Legal team in London. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with legal correspondence, research, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare legal documents and correspondence, including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and PCGs.
- Conduct legal research and provide support to the legal team.
- Manage insurance claims and liaise with brokers.
- Develop and implement an insurance claims management procedure.
- Prepare simple licence agreements and manage external legal counsel.
- Support on transactional work, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions.
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, preferably in an infrastructure environment.
- Degree in Law or relevant paralegal training/apprenticeship.
- Understanding of corporate law and contract law principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
