Keltbray Infrastructure Services, a leading engineering business, is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their Legal team in London. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with legal correspondence, research, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence, including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and PCGs.
  • Conduct legal research and provide support to the legal team.
  • Manage insurance claims and liaise with brokers.
  • Develop and implement an insurance claims management procedure.
  • Prepare simple licence agreements and manage external legal counsel.
  • Support on transactional work, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, preferably in an infrastructure environment.
  • Degree in Law or relevant paralegal training/apprenticeship.
  • Understanding of corporate law and contract law principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
