Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support services to residents and service users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to undertake moving and handling tasks.
- Valid driving license and business use insurance.
- Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
