Our Management Training Programme
Our Management Training Programme is a comprehensive development programme designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a management role. The programme includes a virtual classroom-based orientation session, followed by hands-on business training at a branch office. You will learn valuable business skills from experienced mentors who have progressed through the programme themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and maintain current relationships
- Understand cost control and read branch P&L statements
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; professional experience can be substituted if applicable
- Full UK or EU manual driving licence (accommodations made for applicants with disabilities)
- No drug or alcohol-related offence on driving record within the last five years
