Success Recruit Ltd are currently working with a dynamic Project Management Consultancy based in Central Essex, seeking an ambitious and driven Project Management Trainee to join their friendly and professional team.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree and be passionate about the construction sector, keen to pursue a career path which promises long-term growth and professional development.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Shadow an experienced member of the team on projects to understand the processes taken when running a project
  • Assist Senior Project Managers with risk management, contract administration, and project planning
  • Build relationships with clients over the telephone and face-to-face
  • Attend meetings with directors and complete reviews after the meetings

The successful Project Management Trainee will be rewarded with:

Job Specification/Purpose of the role:

The purpose of the Project Management Trainee will be to shadow the Director to understand how projects are run and gaining site experience. The selected candidate will also be supporting other Project Managers with any administration support within the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing various administration duties to include project submissions for tender and collating various information for the tenders
  • Keeping internal databases up to date with all applications and information
  • Supporting Senior Project Managers with risk management, contract administration, and project planning

Starting Salary: up to £27k, Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
