Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining quality processes, reviewing their effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle quality-related issues and ensure prompt resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with quality market trends and regulations, communicating relevant information to stakeholders
  • Conduct internal audits and customer quality assurance audits
  • Lead the quality team, setting KPIs, developing team members, and managing supplier relationships
  • Ensure quality standards are met with suppliers, conducting appraisals and monitoring sub-contractor performance
  • Review and provide input on procedures and operations, measuring the impact of quality activities on deliveries and products
  • Develop and implement quality plans and statements for projects and products

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Management position, with a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO9001 and product-specific approval requirements
  • Experience with 8D reports, corrective action planning, and root cause analysis
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
