About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Support and Assurance Administrator to join our innovative and dynamic team at Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West ICB. The successful candidate will provide high-quality project, service, and administrative support to our Business and PMO teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and secretarial services, including preparation of agendas and minutes, ensuring project documentation is kept up to date.
  • Assist with stakeholder events, including travel around the TVCA geography.
  • Be the first point of contact for enquiries to the TVCA team, from a wide range of people, including Trust staff and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a comprehensive and robust information system is in place and maintained to meet the requirements of service delivery.
  • Maintain excellent standards of interpersonal skills and communication in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times.

Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West ICB is a partnership that brings together leaders from different hospital trusts, GPs, and primary care, health, and social organisations, covering a population of nearly 3 million people. Our aim is to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and care for cancer patients in our local area.

Requirements
  • Education to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience working at a similar level in a specialist area.
  • Skills for manipulating information, advanced keyboard skills, and use of a range of software.
  • Skills for supporting project management, communication on complex information and administrative matters, requiring developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management, or information analysis.
