Key Responsibilities

As a Client Support Representative, your primary duties will encompass delivering exceptional customer service, managing transactions, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining cleanliness in the service area, and other related tasks.

  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with Aramark's standards
  • Conduct cleaning duties related to the service area and equipment
  • Prepare service areas for customer engagement
  • Handle customer transactions and operate the cash register
  • Prepare hot beverages and food items
  • Manage deliveries and ensure proper stock management
  • Comply with food safety regulations
  • Ensure appropriate storage of food items and equipment
  • Maintain personal hygiene and appearance in line with company standards
  • Promote a professional image to enhance customer relations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering and strong customer service skills are preferred
  • Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check
  • Team-oriented individual with excellent communication abilities, eager to learn
  • Capability to manage varying workloads and shifts as necessary
