Key Responsibilities
As a Client Support Representative, your primary duties will encompass delivering exceptional customer service, managing transactions, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining cleanliness in the service area, and other related tasks.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with Aramark's standards
- Conduct cleaning duties related to the service area and equipment
- Prepare service areas for customer engagement
- Handle customer transactions and operate the cash register
- Prepare hot beverages and food items
- Manage deliveries and ensure proper stock management
- Comply with food safety regulations
- Ensure appropriate storage of food items and equipment
- Maintain personal hygiene and appearance in line with company standards
- Promote a professional image to enhance customer relations
- Support health and safety policies
- Uphold equal opportunity policies
- Adapt to changing company needs as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering and strong customer service skills are preferred
- Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check
- Team-oriented individual with excellent communication abilities, eager to learn
- Capability to manage varying workloads and shifts as necessary
