Job Description

We're seeking a confident and commercially driven leader to assist the Store Manager in leading the team and maintaining high standards. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in leading the team and maintaining standards
  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Leading the team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Providing on-the-spot feedback and coaching to team members
  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies

Your Profile

We're looking for someone with recent management experience, a passion for retail and people, and a strong track record of driving sales and customer engagement. You'll be a confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver, with a data-led and target-driven approach. You'll also have excellent communication skills and a desire to be the best.
