This is a key role as the lead based in our global headquarters to ensure End User Compute (EUC) and Infrastructure operations continue smoothly through comprehensive support to end users. With a global rollout of our new D365 system underway, it's an exciting time to be part of Rotork's team.

The Role

As the lead IT Support Analyst EUC, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to end users, ensuring seamless operations of EUC and Infrastructure systems. You will work closely with the Global Service Delivery Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving support processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive support to end users, resolving technical issues and improving system performance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for improving support processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  3. Collaborate with the Global Service Delivery Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in EUC and Infrastructure systems.
