We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Lead Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global headquarters, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of End User Compute (EUC) and Infrastructure operations.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Global Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service desk ticket system, ensuring processes and best practices are followed, executed correctly, and improved. You will also act as a point of escalation to other team members and contribute to the major incident management cover rota and major incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the service desk ticket system and ensure processes and best practices are followed
  • Act as a point of escalation to other team members and contribute to major incident management
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve incidents, requests, and changes within infrastructure and EUC
  • Communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience collaborating within an IT support function and considering the bigger picture
  • Solid experience leading solves with incidents, requests, and changes within infrastructure and EUC
  • Robust technical knowledge of service desk tools and IT systems/applications
