This full-time role is designed to support the delivery of psychological interventions within a clinical research framework.
Role Context
The successful candidate will be integrated into a collaborative team environment, working closely with both academic and clinical professionals to facilitate the execution of a significant research initiative.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing essential support to clinical teams and research leads, ensuring the effective implementation of project objectives.
- Engaging in training and subsequently delivering structured psychological interventions to study participants, while adhering to established protocols.
- Identifying and addressing operational challenges, contributing to the enhancement of recruitment and procedural efficiencies.
- Facilitating communication among stakeholders, including the preparation and distribution of relevant updates and informational materials.
- Coordinating activities at designated clinical sites, ensuring compliance with research protocols.
- Monitoring and supporting compliance with mandatory training and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining comprehensive action plans and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of trial activities.
- Responding to a variety of inquiries from team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Utilizing institutional systems for data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a degree in Psychology or a related field, with a strong preference for those with additional qualifications in mental health practice.
