About the Role

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our hip research department as a Clinical Research Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping us collect and analyze data to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify patients who require questionnaires and ensure they receive and understand all documentation.
  • Support patients in completing questionnaires and entering data into our database.
  • Chase up patients via telephone or email for any missing data.
  • Work independently and proactively to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in dealing with patients on the telephone.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
