Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our Audi dealership in Solihull. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up calls, and effective communication with customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data, adhering to FCA and data protection regulations.
About You
  • You will have a valid UK driver's license and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is preferred, but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Competitive salary and uncapped OTE of £60,000, including a £23,000 basic salary once accredited.
