Job Opportunity: Used Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers in Solihull. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up calls, and effective communication with customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant customer data collection, adhering to FCA and data protection regulations.
About You:
  • You will have a valid UK driver's licence and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is preferred, but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
