Trade Counter Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Assistant to join our team at SIG plc. As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will be the face of our company and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-class customer service to all customers, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Undertake sales activity as and when required, promoting our industry-leading products and services.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and provide key product information.
- Support our yard team as required, providing assistance with customer service and sales.
- Develop and maintain product and technical knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial, but we can develop your product and technical knowledge if you're willing to learn.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
- Dynamic and motivated individual with a positive attitude.
