Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Waiting Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome Customers
    • Ensure a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages with a smile, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is to their liking.
  • Upselling and Promotions
    • Offer recommendations and promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive atmosphere.
    • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other teams to ensure efficient service.
  • Adherence to Company Standards
    • Adhere to company standards for hygiene, health, and safety, as well as licensing knowledge.
    • Attend training sessions to reinforce company procedures and improve skills.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing and cash-handling role is essential.
  • Personality and Skills
    • Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility
    • Flexibility with tasks and working hours, including evenings and weekends.
