Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Waiting Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel like part of the family
    • Guide customers through our menu, help them make choices, and ensure any allergies are communicated to the kitchen
    • Serve The Real Greek dishes and check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is up to standard
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge
    • Develop extensive knowledge of our menu, including drinks and food options
    • Upsell and promote our signature dishes and specials
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service
    • Communicate effectively with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns
  • Adherence to Company Standards
    • Wear the correct uniform and maintain high standards of personal grooming
    • Ensure company hygiene, health, and safety standards are met at all times
    • Attend food safety training, product knowledge, and customer service skills courses

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing and cash-handling role
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexible with tasks and working hours, with a willingness to learn and adapt
